Demo: area map

A fast smoke test: maps the selected area and its subdivisions with lonboard and writes a small table.

Use this template to check that the pipeline (papermill → MyST → storage) works end to end. It takes a few seconds, needs no external data, and shows an interactive lonboard map plus a widget in the published page.
